About Kerri's Leadership Experience

Over the span of my career I have worked with small business owners, CEO’s and teams of small to medium-sized companies. We worked together to develop and implement achievable, effective leadership strategies.

I believe in servant leadership: servant first, leader second. My first exposure to servant leadership was in 1999. As I started my leadership journey, I followed leaders I respected and admired.  One of my leadership coaches taught me that good leaders surround themselves with passionate people who excel in areas where they lack. Firstly, I seek the knowledge and experience servant leaders who I respect. Secondly, I am available to share with other servant leaders.
